Jim Janci has over 28 years of experience as a litigator.
Jim has been with the firm for over two years handling multiple municipal court matters and complex civil litigation matters. He is also available for consultation on criminal matters involving substance abuse, expungement and drug court.
Prior to joining McArthur Law, Mr. Janci served as Assistant Prosecutor and
Senior member in the Trial Unit of the Prosecutor's Offices of Hunterdon and Warren Counties for over 28 years. Mr. Janci has received certification from the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Jim has appeared in the Appellate Division on multiple matters, including the excessive sentencing calendar.
