Peter V. McArthur is Principal/Managing Attorney at Peter McArthur Law, LLC.
(formerly Azrak & Associates). McArthur was a Senior Partner at Azrak & Associates and worked in the firm for over 26 years. Peter purchased the firm in December
of 2017 and is heading into his sixth year of ownership of Peter McArthur Law LLC

in 2023.

 

For over 30 years, Peter McArthur has been providing legal counsel and risk management to international and domestic corporate clients. He has handled multi-faceted cases pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, employment contracts, real estate review and regulatory and contractual compliance. Peter draws on
his years of experience to negotiate complex issues and recommend
appropriate actions.

A former Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Summit and Associate Counsel
for the Summit Housing Authority. McArthur has litigated in all Courts from Municipal Court to Supreme Court and is licensed in all Courts in the
State of New Jersey.
